CENTRIA Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one, implementing individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA to teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.

Applicants should be patient and team-oriented; training is provided. The job involves physical activity and lifting up to 50 pounds when assisting clients, with a pay range of $20–$26 per hour.

Formación

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, caring, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age and high school diploma or GED.
• CPR/First Aid and TB test required or able to obtain.
• Pass background check and safety requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior plans under BCBA guidance.
