Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing personalized intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques while maintaining safety.

Candidates should be patient, compassionate, and team-oriented. Training is provided; assist with daily activities and mobility as needed, and expect a pay range of $17–$20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Able to work well in a team.
• Willing to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test if not current.
• Background check compliance required.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills; reduce interfering behaviors.
• Perform physically active tasks as needed with children.
