Job summary

Centria Autism is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism. You will implement personalized behavior plans under a BCBA and use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training so you can help each child reach their full potential. The role requires physical activity and lifting up to 50 pounds, with a pay range of $19-$25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and a team player.
• 18+ years of age with HS/GED or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Assist with safe lifting and positioning for up to 50 pounds.
