Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in a one-on-one setting under a BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized intervention plans, teach communication and daily living skills, and help reduce challenging behaviors in a supportive team environment.

Comprehensive training is provided. You must be patient and compassionate, ready to work with children who may be unpredictable, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds when needed.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Ability to work in a team and follow supervision.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to engage children.
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid Certification and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized plans.
• Assist BCBA in delivering evidence-based interventions.
• Support daily living and communication skill development.
