Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism one-on-one under a BCBA. You will implement individualized plans and use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

You'll work with a compassionate team, benefit from comprehensive training, and help children reach their full potential. The role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age; high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills; reduce interfering behaviors.
• Move, stand, and assist with activities; lift up to 50 pounds.
