Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA, using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

Starting pay is $19-$24 per hour, with comprehensive training provided. You will join a supportive team, make a meaningful impact, and grow professionally within a structured environment at

Qualifications

Passionate about helping children with autism.
Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
18+ years of age
High school diploma or GED
Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test (if you haven’t had one in the last year)
Ability to pass a pre employment background check

Responsibilities

Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
Reduce interfering behaviors while promoting positive progress.
Join a dedicated team and contribute to meaningful outcomes for children and families.
