Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior plans under a BCBA’s guidance to teach communication, social, and daily living skills and reduce interfering behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training and opportunities to grow in the field of Behavioral Analysis. The role involves standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed. Pay range is $17 - $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Implement evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Carry out tasks under the guidance of a BCBA and monitor progress.
