Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing individualized intervention plans under a BCBA's supervision.

The role emphasizes patience, teamwork, and compassionate care. Training is provided; candidates must be 18+, have a high school diploma, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Pay ranges from $17 to $20 per hour with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Patient and compassionate with children.
• Able to work well in a team environment.
• Willing to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test, if not already certified.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and be 18+.

Responsabilités

• Work one-on-one with children with autism under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans using evidence-based techniques.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
• Assist with safe handling and mobility tasks across various positions.
