Centria Autism in Farmington Hills, MI is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, delivering individualized intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide a safe and supportive environment for children during sessions.
