Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one implementing behavior plans under a BCBA's guidance, using evidence-based methods to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

The role emphasizes patience, teamwork, and a willingness to learn; training is provided. Pay ranges from $17 to $20 per hour, with requirements including 18+, HS diploma, CPR/First Aid, and background check.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Willing to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test within a year.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Able to move and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
