Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support one-on-one work with children with autism under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized intervention plans, teaching communication and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. Training is provided, no prior experience required.

This full-time role offers a supportive team environment, opportunities for growth, and a competitive pay range of $17–$20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test within the last year.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must obtain RBT certification after onboarding.
