Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA and using evidence-based techniques to teach essential skills.

We provide comprehensive training so you’re equipped to help every child, even if you have no prior experience. Expect to move as needed and contribute to a meaningful impact on families, with a pay range of $17–$20 per

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age and legally eligible to work.
• CPR and First Aid certifications and TB test (within last year) ideally.
• Pass background check and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral intervention with children.
• Implement individualized plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based methods.
