Centria is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism. This role includes implementing behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.

The ideal candidate will be patient and compassionate, capable of managing various physical activities, and will receive comprehensive training. The pay range is $19 to $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Must have CPR and First Aid Certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Help children with autism develop communication and social skills.
• Maintain physical readiness to lift and carry children up to 50 pounds.
