Centria is seeking enthusiastic individuals for the role of Behavior Technician. In this role, you'll work directly with children with autism, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Candidates should be compassionate, patient, and ready to engage with children, using evidence-based techniques. The pay range is $19 to $20 per hour, with opportunities for meaningful impact in the lives of special needs children.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Able to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication and daily living skills.
• Comfortable with physical demands like standing, walking, and lifting.
