Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training; no prior experience required. You must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds, and obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB

Qualifications

Passionate about helping children with autism
Patient, compassionate and able to work in a team
18+ years of age
High school diploma or GED
Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid and TB test
Background check required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
RBT Certification after onboarding

Responsibilities

Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance
Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills
Reduce interfering behaviors and monitor progress
Collaborate with team to support student goals
