Job summary

Centria Autism seeks enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior plans under a BCBA. You will apply evidence-based strategies to teach communication, social and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

This role requires patience, teamwork, and flexibility. Training is provided; you must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age; HS diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test; background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one interventions under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Follow evidence-based behavior intervention plans.
