Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism. You will implement individualized intervention plans under a BCBA's guidance, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques to reduce interfering behaviors.

Candidates should be patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team. Training is provided, and the role involves physical activity and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test if needed.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Work one-on-one with children to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
