Centria Autism in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

We provide comprehensive training and emphasize patience and teamwork. Candidates must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Pay range is $17–$20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion required to work with children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow BCBA guidance.
• Must be 18+ and able to obtain required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
