Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Support children to reduce interfering behaviors.
• Assist with safe activities and handle lifting up to 50 pounds.
