Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism under the guidance of a BCBA. You will implement individualized intervention plans and use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills, while ensuring safety and positive outcomes.

We provide comprehensive training; you must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and obtain CPR/First Aid and TB tests.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion to work with children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn through comprehensive training.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral interventions under BCBA guidance.
