Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, following individualized behavior plans under a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills, while supporting progress and safety.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided; you must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED, and obtain RBTC after onboarding, plus CPR/First Aid and TB test as applicable.

Qualifications

• No prior autism experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• CPR and First Aid Certification and a TB test are required (if not done in last year).
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and obtain RBTC after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Help reduce interfering behaviors and support each child's progress.
