Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.

Training is provided, and you will join a dedicated team committed to making a meaningful difference. Candidates should be patient and compassionate, 18+ with a high school diploma or GED; ability to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Tuberculosis test (within the last year) if applicable.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
