Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in a one-on-one setting under the supervision of a BCBA. You will help teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA techniques, while ensuring safety and comfort for the child during activities and assessments.

The role emphasizes patience, compassion, and teamwork. Training is provided, and the job involves physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and assisting

Qualifikationen

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age; high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test and pass a pre-employment background check.

Aufgaben

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized intervention plans.
• Apply evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors and monitor progress under BCBA guidance.
• Move and position as required; assist children who may be standing, walking, or lifting.
• End each day knowing you made a meaningful impact on a child and family.
