Centria Autism seeks enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children, assisting with individualized behavior plans under the guidance of a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

The role requires patience, compassion, and teamwork, with comprehensive training provided. You must be able to stand, walk, sit, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds as part of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion are essential for working with children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow BCBA-guided plans.
• 18+ years of age and legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• CPR and First Aid certifications and tuberculosis test may be required.
• Pre-employment background check is required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
