Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children with autism under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implementing individualized behavior intervention plans and using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

We provide comprehensive training, and you will join a supportive team that helps children reach their full potential.

Competenze

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification required within 45 days of onboarding.

Mansioni

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Work one-on-one with children to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Support safety and daily routines, including lifting up to 50 pounds when needed.
