Job summary

Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.

You’ll help teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors. Join a dedicated team focused on making meaningful, positive differences in a child’s life.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion when working with children with autism.
• Team player who can collaborate with BCBA-guided teams.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test.
• Background check clearance required.
• Must be able to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Work one-on-one with children to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
