Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in one-on-one sessions. You will implement individualized plans under the supervision of a BCBA, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based methods.

Qualificações

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds.
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED; CPR/First Aid and TB test required
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check

Responsabilidades

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individual behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors while ensuring safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
