Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking energetic Behavior Technicians to join our team. You will work one-on-one with children with autism to implement individualized intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.

Utilizing evidence-based techniques, you will teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. We provide comprehensive training, so prior experience is not required; compassion and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• 18+ years of age.
• CPR, First Aid certification and TB test required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children using individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with BCBA and the team to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
