Job summary

Centria Autism seeks enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support one-on-one services for children with autism under supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test
• Ability to pass a pre employment background check
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.) and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA guidance to implement behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors.
