Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one to implement individualized behavior plans under a BCBA, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills while ensuring safety. Training is provided, and the role involves physical activity supporting clients who may weigh up to 50 pounds.

Formación

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Maintain safety and manage interactions for children who may be unpredictable.
• Participate in training and collaborate with a pediatric behavioral health team.
