Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one, implementing behavior plans under BCBA guidance and teaching essential communication, social, and daily living skills.

We provide comprehensive training and a collaborative team environment. The role requires physical activity and lift capability, with a pay range of $17–$20 per hour. Join us to make a meaningful impact in children's lives.

Qualifications

• Commitment to helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate and team-oriented.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid and TB test.
• Background check clearance required.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, stand, kneel, etc.).
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors.
• Contribute to a supportive team environment.
