Job summary

Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work with children with autism, implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision. You will help teach communication, social, and daily living skills while maintaining safety and compassion.

Training is provided, and certification pathways are available. The role requires physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds, with pay between $20 and $29 per hour.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion when working with children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• CPR and First Aid certifications, and TB test, or ability to obtain them.
• Background check and onboarding requirements for employment.
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds.
• On onboarding, obtain Registered Behavior Technician certification.
