Job summary

Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in one-on-one sessions under a BCBA. You will implement individualized behavior plans, teach communication and daily living skills, and help reduce challenging behaviors in a compassionate team.

No prior experience required—comprehensive training is provided. Candidates should be patient, physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, pass a background check, and be 18+. Pay range is $18–$24 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Help reduce interfering behaviors using evidence-based techniques.
• Assist with mobility and daily activities as needed (up to 50 pounds).
