Job summary

Centria Healthcare seeks enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.

Training is provided, and you will join a dedicated team focused on meaningful progress for each child and family. Prepare to engage physically with clients (lifting up to 50 lbs) and to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test.
• Ability to pass a pre employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Contribute to reducing interfering behaviors and support child and family outcomes.
