Job summary

Centria Autism is looking for enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to join our team. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA, using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check.
• Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician certification.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior plans under a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors and support progress.
