Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children who have autism, delivering individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will use evidence-based methods to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training. You must be patient and a team player, able to stand, move, lift up to 50 pounds, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion when working with children with autism.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Work one-on-one with children to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
