Job summary

Centria Autism in the United States seeks enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will implement individualized intervention plans and use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills.

You don't need prior experience; training is provided. Candidates must be patient, compassionate, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Pass pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, stand, squat, bend).
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
