Job summary

Centria Autism in Hudson, MI is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism through one-on-one sessions under a BCBA. You will implement individualized behavior plans and use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

You will be trained and supported, with a focus on teamwork, safety, and compassion. The role involves physical activity and lifting up to 50 pounds; the pay range is $17–$20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping children with autism and dedication to their development.
• Must be patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test if not current.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
