Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism. You will implement individualized intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

No experience required; comprehensive training provided. Candidates should be patient and team-oriented, able to stand/walk and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
• Provide one-on-one support and ensure safety during sessions.
