Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

We provide comprehensive training so you can help each child reach their full potential, even without prior experience. You must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• Willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Able to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children using individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Reduce interfering behaviors while delivering compassionate, patient care.
