Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism and implement individualized intervention plans under a BCBA's guidance. You will work one-on-one to teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based methods, while maintaining safety and fostering progress.

No prior experience required; comprehensive training is provided. The role involves physically engaging activities and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have high school diploma or GED.
• Eligible to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Reduce interfering behaviors while ensuring safety and well-being of clients.
• Collaborate with team and participate in ongoing training.
