Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism by delivering one-on-one interventions under a BCBA's guidance.

You will learn evidence-based techniques to build communication, social, and daily living skills while staying patient, compassionate, and collaborative; training is provided.

This on-site role in Michigan offers a pay range of $17–$20 per hour and opportunities to grow within a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Background check required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Support children in a patient, team-based environment.
