Job summary

Centria Autism in Grand Ledge, Michigan, is looking for enthusiastic individuals to become Behavior Technicians. In this role, you will work directly with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Successful candidates will be patient and compassionate, able to work well in a team environment. Comprehensive training is provided, and you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact in children's lives.

The pay range for this position is $17 - $20 per hour, and you will engage in physically active tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Must be comfortable moving in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Ensure safety and engagement with children.
