Centria Autism seeks enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism through one-on-one sessions and structured intervention plans under a BCBA's guidance.

You will learn evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills while monitoring progress and adapting strategies as needed. The role emphasizes compassion, teamwork, safety, and delivering care that truly makes a difference in a child’s life.

Competenze

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Be patient, compassionate and able to work well in a team.
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.

Mansioni

• Work one-on-one with children on individualized behavior plans under a BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Help reduce interfering behaviors and monitor progress.
• Provide training and support to families as needed.
