Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and use evidence-based techniques to foster communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training, expect physical activity due to movement of clients, and offer a competitive pay range.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Participate in comprehensive training provided by Centria Autism.
