Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one with clients, implement individualized plans, and use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills under supervision.

The role emphasizes patience, teamwork, and the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Training will be provided to ensure competency in the field.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work in a team environment.
• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• CPR/First Aid certification and TB test required or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans using evidence-based techniques.
