Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in a one-on-one setting. You will implement individualized behavior plans under the guidance of a BCBA, using evidence-based methods to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

No prior experience required—comprehensive training is provided. You must be patient and compassionate, able to work in a team, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifikationen

• Requires passion for helping children with autism.
• Must be patient, compassionate and a team player.
• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• CPR/First Aid certification and TB test are required (if not current).
• Background check clearance is required prior to employment.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
