Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children. You will implement individualized behavior plans under a BCBA, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based methods.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age; HS diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and TB test within required time.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Light to moderate physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Contribute to a supportive team environment and participate in onboarding and training.
