Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism under BCBA guidance. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, teach communication, social, and daily living skills, and help reduce challenging behaviors.

Training provided; you must be able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and pass a background check. Pay ranges from $18 to $25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Strong desire to help children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and collaborative.
• 18+ years old; high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test.
• Pass pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.
