Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one under a BCBA, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans and teaching communication, social, and daily living skills.

You will be patient, compassionate, and team-oriented, with comprehensive training provided. Candidates must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Pay ranges from $19 to $25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion for working with children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills; reduce interfering behaviors.
